Salon Policies

WHY YOU MIGHT SEE A COLOR SUPPLY CHARGE ON YOUR BILL

You may notice a separate charge on your receipt for color services - and here's what that means to you.


We use a software called SalonScale to weigh and track the exact amount of hair color and other products used during your appointment. Rather than building an estimated average product cost into everyones service price, we charge you only for what was actually used on your hair.


This approach means more transparency in your pricing - you'll always know exactly what you're paying for and why. you will see this reflected as a separate" cost of Supplies" line on your receipt. for more information, please ask your stylist.

CANCELLATION POLICY OR IF YOU NO-SHOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT

We politely ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please make sure to give us at least a 48 hour notice, otherwise there may be a cancellation fee charged to your card on file. Same policy for no-show appointments. We appreciate your understanding on this as we try to protect the time our stylists reserve for your service. 

CONSULTATIONS FOR NEW CLIENTS

To better serve you, we ask that new clients book an in-person consultation with one of our stylists prior to setting up a confirmed appointment. This helps us be as prepared as possible, and ensure you are booked with the right stylist and timeframe.

NO VISITORS ALLOWED AT YOUR APPOINTMENT

We want your time in our space to be an experience of peace and relaxation, therefore we are limiting the number of people within our salon to one person per stylist. This means visitors will have to wait in our waiting area while you receive your service. This includes children. Our waiting area is located in the front area of our salon for convenience. We thank you in advance for helping us maintain a relaxing environment in our salon. 

WHAT NOT TO WEAR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

We cannot be held responsible for any damages to clothing. If you are receiving a service, we recommend not wearing white, or anything you don't want potentially stained. our staff goes above and beyond to prevent accidents; capes, robes, and towels are provided, but please be safe than sorry.
